Classes and Press Rentals
I teach printmaking and book making workshops as short as 4 hours or as long as one week. As a professional artist and tenured professor for over 25 years I can help you realize your projects. I teach both virtually and in my studio. If you are looking for a course but do not see one listed, please email me and let’s talk. I also offer press rental and assisted printing.

From beginners to professional artists, tourists to residents, I offer printmaking workshops by the day or week— a 6-hour one-day class starting at $250 per person, a minimum of 2 people.

Are you an artist who needs a press to complete your project? I have three Charles Brand Presses from 11” x 17” to 24” x 36”. Fees are $25 per hour + tax. The minimum rental time is four hours; the rate includes cleaning supplies, presses, tables, and equipment.
Artists must work independently and do their printing and clean-up. Artists must supply their paper and plates, and ink. -

Assisted Session: Work side by side with Hilary Lorenz, who will handle your registration, and paper, assist with set-up and clean-up, and help with any other printmaking needs. $75 per hour The minimum assisted time is four hours. (plus sales tax) Artists must provide all their own supplies.
